- How To Order Online

Ordering online at Always & Forever is secure and easy.
Online orders are processed with a secure server. All information
is protected against unauthorized access and encrypted before
being sent to us.
Shop by Brand Name, Product Type, Gift Occasion or Search Our
Database. Once you have identified what you want, enter the desired
quantity and click on "Add to Cart". When you have finished
shopping, click on "Checkout" and complete the online
order form.
Upon completion of your order, an automatic order confirmation
will be sent to the email address provided on the order form.
Most orders are shipped within one business day and you will receive
a second email from UPS with your UPS tracking number upon shipment.
- Phone & Fax Orders

Phone orders may be placed Monday through Friday, 9:00am to
5:00pm EST by calling (888) 925-5275. Mention that you are ordering
from our web site to receive our special online shipping rates.
In order to serve you better, please have our item numbers for
the merchandise you would like to order. To protect you from
possible credit card fraud, all orders must include cardholder's
name as it appears on the card, the billing address the credit
card statement is mailed to, and the expiration date.
Fax orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at
(772) 220-6972. Please include the item(s) you would like to
order, your full name, billing address, shipping address (if
different than billing), credit card number and expiration date.

- Frequent Shopper Rewards

Effective April 1, 2008, per Pandora's request, you will not earn Reward Points on Pandora Jewelry purchases anymore. Any Reward Points you have earned will not expire and can be used towards any online purchase. We are sorry we can no longer offer you Reward Points on your Pandora Jewelry purchases.
Open up an Account and earn Frequent Shopper Reward Points with every purchase.
- Earn one point for every dollar spent on merchandise (excludes
Pandora Jewelry, shipping, sales tax, points redeemed and gift certificates
redeemed)
- Earn double points on orders totaling $200.00 or more
- Each point is worth $0.05 off any future purchase
- Login to your account to view the points you have earned
- Easily redeem points in any quantity during the online check

We ship all orders via United Parcel Service ("UPS").
All packages are fully insured and include tracking information. Our shipping rates per order shipped within the continental U.S.A.
are as follows:
- UPS Ground is FREE for the following items:
- Pandora Jewelry
- Original Lladro
- Swarovski Crystal
- Waterford Crystal (excludes Holiday Heirlooms)
- All other product orders totaling $99.00 or more
- UPS Ground is $7.95 for all other product orders under $99.00
- UPS 3 Day Select - $16.95 per order
- UPS 2 Day Air - $27.95 per order
- UPS 2 Day Air (Saturday Delivery) - $37.95 per order
- UPS Next Day Air Saver (End of Day) - $32.95 per order
- UPS Next Day Air (By 10:30am) - $37.95 per order
- UPS Next Day Air (Saturday Delivery) - $47.95 per order
Not all shipping methods are available for large and heavy
items. Please see the "Shipping Options" displayed
next to each item for availability. Shipments to Alaska and
Hawaii are shipped via UPS Ground for $14.95 or 2 Day Air for $27.95.
Please note: We do not ship outside the U.S.A. and UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO's.
Insurance is included on all packages. Inspect your package.
Do not accept packages showing signs of external damage. Please
notify us of any damaged merchandise as soon as possible so
we can file a claim with UPS.
- When To Expect Your Order

You can estimate when you will receive your order by adding
the "Availability" time for the item ordered and approximate
shipping time-in-transit.
Each product's "Availability" information is displayed
next to the item's picture. If an item says "Usually Ships
Within 24 Hours", that item will be shipped within one
business day (M-F), if not the same day. If an item ordered
will not be shipped within the specified time, we will email
you as soon as possible. When multiple items are ordered with
different "Availability" times, items may be shipped
individually as soon as they are available at no additional
shipping charge.

The approximate shipping time-in-transit depends on the shipping
method you choose during checkout and are as follows (Please
note: UPS only picks up/delivers packages on business days):
- UPS Ground - 1 to 7 business days depending on location. See map for details.
- UPS 3 Day Select - 3 business days
- UPS 2 Day Air - 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air Saver - 1 business day (End of Day)
- UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day (By 10:30am)
- UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery - Shipped on Fridays
/ Delivered on Saturdays
For Example - If you ordered a Swarovski
Crystal Parrot that says it "Usually Ships Within 24
Hours" and you selected "UPS 2 Day Air" as the
shipping method, you should expect your order within 2-3 business
days (M-F), depending upon the time of day you placed your order.
- Gift Registry

- Set up a Gift Registry for any occasion that friends and relatives can view and purchase
gifts from. To create your Gift Registry, simply login to your
account and shop our web site as you normally would. Once you
see an item that you want, input the desired quantity and click
"Add to Gift Registry." Continue adding items to your
Gift Registry as you like. As items are purchased from your Gift
Registry they are listed as purchased.

- Wish Lists

Set up a Wish List that
friends and relatives can view and purchase items from. To create
your Wish List, simply login to your account and shop our web
site as you normally would. Once you see an item that you want,
input the desired quantity and click "Add to Wish List."
Continue adding items to your Wish List as you like. As items
are purchased from your Wish List they are listed as purchased.
- Gift Reminder Service

Set up Gift Reminders within your account and we will send you an email 21 days before the event date reminding you to buy a gift for that occasion. You can set up one-time events, such as weddings, or recurring events, such as birthdays. You will never forget a special occasion again.
- Sales Tax

We do not collect sales tax on purchases shipped to destinations
out of the state of Florida. Think about how much you can save
on your next Waterford
Crystal purchase! Shipments to Florida are charged 6% sales
tax.
- Free Gift Wrapping
-
We offer free gift wrapping on all purchases. Think about how
easy it would be to have us gift wrap and ship your Christmas
gifts for you. Some large items, such as Waterford
Lamps and very large Armani or Lladro figurines, are unable to be gift
wrapped. However, we will try to attach a bow if possible and
enclose a gift card.
- Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Always &
Forever purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your purchase, just return the merchandise in its original condition
and packaging with a copy of your email order confirmation or
packing slip within 60 days for an exchange or within 30 days
for a refund to the following address:

If the merchandise appears to be used/worn and not in its original
condition we cannot accept exchanges or returns (example: jewelry).
We only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of
our error. If you received free shipping with your order, you
may be charged $7.95 for the original shipping costs. Clearance
merchandise sales are final and we do not accept returns of
Special Order Merchandise (merchandise designated as Special
Order or merchandise not featured on our web site that is special
ordered for you). We will make an exception to our 60 day exchange
policy for Christmas gifts purchased early.

We do not sell, trade or rent any personal information about

- Pricing and Availability

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change
without notice. If an ordered item is not available at the posted
price, you will be notified before shipment.
We carry a very extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability
of customer orders and vendor shipments, we cannot guarantee
availability of all items all the time. If an ordered item is
unavailable to be shipped within the time specified, you will
be notified via email as soon as possible.
